The makers of the "Girls Gone Wild" videos aren't wild about the community service they were ordered to serve, for filming drunken under-age girls.

Company founder Joe Francis and three top aides were ordered by a federal judge to serve eight hours of community service each month for the next 30 months.

The videos show girls during spring break on Panama City Beach in Florida in 2003.

In addition to appealing the $1.6 million fine, the company says community service would be a burden.

Francis makes an estimated $40 million a year. The judge says he added the community service because he didn't think a fine would have much of an impact. Francis is also facing state felony charges for allegedly using children in sexual performances. That case may be dropped because of a problem with a search warrant.
