SURVIVOR Casting Call

PHILADELPHIA (CBS 3) ― So you've seen the show and now want to know how to become a part of SURVIVOR. Well, just what would you do to win a million dollars? Here's your chance to show the world, or at least the Producers of the number one reality show in America! CBS 3 will video tape your two minute audition at the SURVIVOR CASTING CALL on Thursday February 2, 2006 from 10 am-1 pm here at our studio location (5th/Market). Each candidate should speak for two minutes at the most (it is 3 minutes if you submit your own tape instead of an Open Call). There is no minimum time amount for a submission. Each candidate must fill out an application completely.

Applications will only be considered if they are complete. Complete applications consist of the following:

Completed application form (including the signed Release and Waiver attached thereto)

Copy or proof of a valid US passport (or proof of having applied for issuance or renewal of such)

A passport-sized photo

Two/Three-minute video (Video made by CBS 3 at casting call will be two minutes, if you are submitting your own tape

it should not exceed three minutes in length)

Guidelines and Eligibility:

All contestants must be 21 years or older at the time of application
All contestants must be US citizens and be living in the United States
Please do not include anything except the completed application form and the video
If plan to submit your own tape:

You can drop it off at our casting call or mail it directly to the Producers (details on CBS.com)

Content should be: Who you are and why you would make the ultimate SURVIVOR

Audition should be no longer than three minutes (anything over will not be considered)

All submissions should be on VHS tape format ONLY

Tape should be clearly labeled with your name and the number 6

Deadline is Friday, February 3, 2006 no later than 5 p.m. Pacific Standard Time
