Water Main Break Shuts Down Montgomery Co. Road

PHILADELPHIA (CBS 3) ― A water main break shut down a Montgomery County roadway early Tuesday morning.

Chopper 3 was over West Point Pike as crews detoured traffic between Moyer Boulevard and Sumneytown Pike in Upper Gwynedd Township.

A broken ten-inch water main flooded the roadway at about 5 a.m.

Officials said the West Point Pike will remain closed as crew work to repair and replace the broke main.
