What Are You Thankful For?
PHILADELPHIA (CBS 3) ―
The headlines may forecast doom and gloom, but for most people happiness has reached new heights, according to a new large scale study.
The research, which surveyed several dozen countries including the United States shows personal happiness has risen over the past 25 years.
"So, despite the various wars, the terrorism, the economic recessions, peoples' happiness in general keeps going up," according to Temple University Psychologist Frank Farley, who reviewed the study.
In light of the Thanksgiving holiday, CBS3.com Digital Journalist Nicole Brewer took to the streets to see what makes Philadelphians most happy and most thankful this holiday season.
