Authorities said light-blue or silver minivan pulled up next to an armored car as it was making a delivery to a TD Bank branch on Old York Road at about 9:40 a.m. Thursday, November 5, 2009.
Two suspects, one armed with a shotgun and the other a handgun, opened the rear-passenger door of the van and demanded money. Police said the courier complied, handing over a delivery bag and the suspects fled the scene.
No injuries were reported in the incident. Authorities have release surveillance photos of the suspects' vehicle, which was last seen speeding southbound on Old York Road.
