Semi Involved In Boulevard Crash

PHILADELPHIA (CBS 3) ― An early morning crash in Northeast Philadelphia left the Roosevelt Boulevard partially shutdown early Friday morning.

Chopper 3 was over the southbound side of the Boulevard and Tyson Avenue in the Mayfair section of the city where a USPS tractor trailer and two other vehicles collided just before 5 a.m.

One person was rushed to Frankford-Torresdale Hospital with unknown injuries.

The outer lanes of Boulevard were closed while crews cleared the scene.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
