Runaway Horse Found To Be Expecting

PHILADELPHIA (CBS 3) ― There is some good news for a runaway horse hit by a car in Germantown over the weekend, she's having a baby.

Princess suffered a cut to her right front leg after being struck by a car Saturday afternoon. Veterinarians stitched up the wound and also discovered the horse is approximately four months pregnant.

The owners of the six-year-old horse signed her over to the Pennsylvania SPCA in order to keep an eye on her health.
