1 Killed, 2 Injured In Montgomery Co. Crash

  One person is dead and several others injured after a multi-vehicle crash in Montgomery County early Thursday morning.

Police said a 2002 Buick station wagon struck a 2006 Suzuki sedan on County Line Road near Richardson Road in Montgomeryville at about 12:30 a.m.

The driver of the Buick, 23-year-old Stephen Strassburg of Sellersville, was heading west on County Line Road when he crossed into the eastbound lanes, striking the Suzuki, according to police.

The driver of the Suzuki, reportedly a man in his 20s, was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity is being withheld pending the notification of next of kin.

Strassburg was flown to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania with unknown injuries. A passenger in the Buick, 50-year-old Tyrone Moore of Philadelphia, was rushed to Abington Memorial Hospital in unknown condition.

The deadly accident remains under investigation.
