Motorcycle, Van Involved In Deadly Collision

A motorcycle driver was killed after crashing into a minivan head-on in Delaware County on May 25.

Police are trying to determine what led to a deadly accident involving a motorcycle in Delaware County.
A motorcycle and a van reportedly crashed head-on along Route 352 near Gradyville Road in Edgmont Township just after 8 p.m. Monday.
Officials said the motorcycle was traveling southbound on Rt. 352 when it veered into the northbound lanes and struck a Dodge caravan.
The driver of the motorcycle, 53-year-old Jeffery Hoyle, was thrown from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.
Five individuals inside the van, including a 2-year-old child and a 91-year-old man, were transported to Crozer Hospital with unknown injuries.
Pennsylvania State Police are investigating.
