Fire Engulfs Cherry Hill Condos, Injures 2
CHERRY HILL (CBS 3) ―
A two-alarm fire left two victims hospitalized and destroyed condominiums in Cherry Hill early Wednesday morning.
Authorities say the fire broke out at about 2 a.m. at the Woods Condominiums in the 1100 block of Hickory Circle.
A 50-year-old woman and man in his 60s were rescued from the flames and taken to Cooper University Hospital with burns. Their conditions were not immediately available.
The fire was placed under control within 45 minutes and the building was completely destroyed.
The cause and origin remains under investigation.
