Reward Offered In Theft Of 'Juicy'
BENSALEM, Pa. (CBS 3) ―
The owner of a young puppy stolen from a Bucks County apartment is offering a $1,000 reward for the return of the dog.
Thieves stole the four-month-old puppy from an apartment in Bensalem on December 14. Juicy is said to weigh about three pounds and has a black head with a white body and black spots.
In addition to the young dog, the thieves also made off with a 40 inch flat screen TV, a laptop, an iPod, jewelry and a social security card.
Police said the thieves also stole Mooney's friend's purse and used her credit card at a Wawa in Trevose and several other convenience stores in Bucks County and Philadelphia. Investigators are in the process of reviewing the surveillance tapes.
Most recently police said, someone tried to use "Juicy's" owner's credit card at a
Hess gas station at 18th and Hunting Park in Philadelphia.
Investigators believe that could mean Juicy could be in the
Philadelphia area.
