A worker was killed in an industrial accident in Chester County Wednesday.

Chopper 3 was over Fairview and Devereux Roads in Wallace where tractor trailer overturned.

One worker apparently died after getting trapped under drilling equipment.

Further details were unavailable. The incident remains under investigation.
