Man Critical After Delco. Train Station Shooting

HAVERFORD TWP., Pa. (CBS 3) ― A man is in critical condition after being shot in the parking lot of a train station on the Main Line Friday evening.

The shooting happened at about 6:30 p.m. in the P & W SEPTA station parking lot in Haverford Township, Delaware County.

"All of a sudden, I was inside of my house and I just heard ambulances and all this screeching and there was tons of police cars surrounding the area," neighbor Maureen Gallo said.

Following the shooting, the suspects fled the scene driving down Haverford Road for several miles. They were eventually apprehended by officers in Philadelphia.

The unidentified victim was transported to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, where he is listed in critical condition.
