Police Search For Female Bank Bandit

PHILADELPHIA (CBS 3) ― Philadelphia police are searching for a female bank robber who held up a Center City bank Thursday afternoon.

Authorities said the suspect robbed the TD Bank North near 11th and Walnut Streets at about noon by point of demand note.

According to authorities, the female fled the scene with $1,800 in cash. The money was not accompanied by a dye pack.

The suspect was described as a white female with dirty blond hair, approximately 5'8" tall, in her late 30s, wearing a black ski cap and jeans with a short leather coat.

Anyone with information on the suspect is urged to call police.
