The Montgomery County District Attorney's Office has announced the arrest of a man claiming to be a Grammy-nominated artist who allegedly scammed money out of women he met on an internet dating service.
According to District Attorney Risa Ferman, Paul Krueger swindled more than $100,000 out of 13 women, some of whom he met on Millionairematch.com, by convincing his victims to make false stock investments with him.
The online Romeo allegedly posed as a music producer claiming to have been nominated for several Grammy awards.
Ferman said Krueger convinced the women to invest thousands of dollars in his phony business.
He charmed that cash out of his victims during trips to Atlantic City. Ferman said the Krueger, a gambling addict, then gambled away his victim's money.
Krueger was arrested Wednesday in Atlantic City and is facing theft and fraud charges. He is also facing indecent exposure charges for an incident involving lewdness at a Bucks County library.
Krueger is being held at the Atlantic County Correctional facility awaiting an extradition hearing.
