Online Hate Club Targets Montgomery Co. Student

BALA CYNWYD, Pa. (CBS 3) ― A local school district is alerting parents about an online hate club, targeting a middle school student.

The child is a student at Bala Cynwyd Middle School in Montgomery County.

Police are investigating accusations students were buying and selling marijuana.

The district said some of the students being investigated, started an online hate club targeting one student in particular, who they believed tipped off police.

A family friend of that student said he was not involved.
