Man Shot During Struggle With Phila. Police

PHILADELPHIA (CBS 3) ― A man wounded after a struggle outside a North Philadelphia restaurant Wednesday evening.

Police were called to 29th and Lehigh Streets after reports of an altercation outside Bob's House of Crabs.

Arriving officers found two men fighting over a gun. When police attempted to break up the altercation, several shots were fired.

Police said one suspect was wounded in the thigh while the second was taken into custody.

The incident remains under investigation.
