Nutter Names Chief Of Staff

PHILADELPHIA (CBS 3) ―

Mayor-elect Michael Nutter announced the latest member of his administration during an afternoon news conference Tuesday.

Nutter named Clarence Armbrister, a former city treasurer, as his chief of staff. 

Armbrister previously held the position of executive vice president and chief operating officer of Temple University.

Recently, Nutter announced former Washington D.C. Police Chief Charles Ramsey will be Philadelphia's next police commissioner and Rub Dubow as the finance director.
