Officials believe the fire began in a building under construction near the complex. While there is no official cause, it is reportedly believed an acetylene torch may have been involved.

A spokesperson for the developer of the building that was construction confirmed at least one torch was on site on Wednesday.

A total of 168 apartments were destroyed and close to 400 people were left homeless.

Residents whose apartments were not affected by the blaze will be allowed to return on Sunday.

Beginning on Monday, some residents whose apartments were destroyed and are not livable will have limited access to search for personal belongings. 67 residents will not be allowed to search their units. 81 residents will only be allowed to have a professional search for a short list of belongings.

A total of 32 residents will have 90 minutes beginning Monday to personally search their units for personal belongings.

While residents came away from Friday evening's meeting with some answers, many remained including how the fire spread so quickly.

The investigation into the massive blaze is ongoing.
