Black Bear Spotted In Bucks County

DOYLESTOWN TOWNSHIP, Pa. (CBS 3) ― Bucks County residents are on high alert after several witnesses spotted a black bear roaming in the area.

The Doylestown Township Police Department released pictures of the bear seen wandering about near Ferry Road early Wednesday morning.

Authorities say the roaming bear does not appear to be aggressive and has not caused any harm.

Residents are urged to bring trash cans and bird feeders inside as a precaution.
