
Very simple, very easy!
Dietz & Watson® Roast Beef or Turkey Lo Mein Stir Fry
Serves 4-6
3 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons finely chopped garlic
½ medium onion, sliced into rings
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon chopped ginger
2 pound Dietz & Watson® Roast Beef or Turkey Breast, finely julienned
¼ head Napa cabbage, finely shredded
1 cup bean sprouts
1 cup carrots, julienned
½ cup shitake mushrooms, julienned
½ cup green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
¼ cup teriyaki glaze
Sriracha sauce, to taste
1 pound lo mein noodles
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
1. In a large skillet or wok, sauté the garlic, onion and ginger in the sesame oil until translucent.
2. Pour in soy sauce and add the roast beef or turkey breast, cooking just until heated through, about 3 minutes.
3. Add the napa cabbage, bean sprouts, green onions, shitake mushrooms and carrots. Cook until slightly wilted, about 2 minutes.
4. Pour in the oyster sauce and teriyaki glaze. Cook until heated through, about 2 to 3 minutes.
5. Add the lo mein noodles* and toss to coat.
6. For a spicier version, add Sriracha sauce to taste.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
* For best results, shock noodles in hot water & drain.
