A crew from tv asahi, the Japanese television network, was in Philadelphia today, June 12, to cover KYW-TV (CBS 3) and WPSG-TV's (The CW Philly) transition to digital television. Japan will make the switch to digital TV in 2011. Here Producer Toshiyuki H
