But now, there's a revolution in undergarments and clothing that'll help
with those trouble spots.

Russell shows you how you can hide those problem areas and still look sleek.
It's the secret weapon of lots of women, shape wear that
can instantly shave inches off your body.
"It makes everything smoother underneath, that's for sure,"
said one woman.
And now there are new products that work not only to
tighten your bottom line but your whole figure.
"63% of women cite their arms as their trouble spot, "
said Lee Anne Stevenson, the creator of FlabuLess.
Her product is the first ever arm shape wear.
"It compresses the arm, slenderizes and slims
and makes you look great," Stevenson said.
"We are able to remove 1 ¾" to 2" off the arm.
It works like a girdle for your triceps and biceps.
Available in three styles and lengths, you
can wear it with a strapless dress, or it can be worn under short and long
sleeve tops, dresses and jackets.
And now your clothing itself can help trim down other
trouble spots.
The Slimming Solution is
a new line of sportswear with built-in control panels.
"Rather than having to go to
an
intimate apparel department and then to a sportswear department, we put the two
technologies together," said Hope Brick, creator of the Slimming Solution.
"The marriage of the two, the inner piece
with the outer piece rounds out all those lumps and bumps," Brick added.
The line includes pants, skirts, tops and bottoms from
designers like Sag Harbor and Briggs.
"It's about feeling confident, sexy,
beautiful and ready to take on the world," said Brick.
These products start at around $20 dollars and run up to
$100.
