3 On Your Side: BBQ Must Haves

PHILADELPHIA (CBS 3) ― Are you getting ready to head to the supermarket to stock up on everything you need for your Labor Day celebration this weekend? Before you do, 3 On Your Side's Jim Donovan has a look at some of the best deals on many of those barbeque must haves.

That's right, we scanned this week's circulars and highlighted some of the best deals.

If you're thinking about grilling out this holiday weekend, you might want to head to Genuardi's. Beginning today Rancher's Reserve eef ribeye steak is on sale at $4.99 a pound.

Also for the grill, at Pathmark, your choice of ground beef, America's Choice Italian sausage or pork spareribs are available for only $1.98 a pound.

While you're at Pathmark you may want to pick up some soda.

Ten dollars will get you 5 value packs of Coke products. There are 12 cans or 8 bottles in each pack.

You need to shop with your club card though and spend an additional 20 dollars.

If you need some condiments for your cookout, ShopRite has a 2 pound 14 ounce squeeze bottle of Heinz ketchup on sale for $1.99 with your Price Plus card. Or you can stock up on mustard. 12 ounce bottles of Gulden's mustard are 10 for $10.

Finally, if you're looking for snacks, head to Acme where 9 to 16 ounce bags of Herr's, chips and pretzels are three bags for $5.
