PHILADELPHIA (CBS 3) ― Hundreds of drivers turned out to a Philadelphia gas station to in an attempt to cash in and fill up.

A local radio station was offering gas at the Lukoil station on Delaware Avenue and Spring Garden for only 93-cents-a-gallon during a promotion Wednesday morning.
