PHILADELPHIA (CBS 3) ― Low cost Spay and Neuter for Philadelphia Dogs and Cats at the Pa. SPCA on Erie Avenue.

Dogs: $65 male dogs/$85 female

Cats: $40 male cats/$50 female

Spaying and neutering appointments available Monday - Saturday

Call 215-426-6300 ext. 264.

Appointments available one week after calling. Surgery at the SPCA clinic by experienced vets.
