Off-Duty Officer Injured In Storefront Crash

PHILADELPHIA (CBS 3) ― A 43-year-old off duty police officer was injured when a vehicle crashed into a Burger King on the 2400 black of Castor Ave.

According to Philadelphia Police, the injured officer was transported to Temple University Hospital in unknown condition.

There is no word yet on what caused the driver of the vehicle to lose control.

The incident remains under investigation.
