CBS 3 Meteorologist Kathy Orr kicked off the 2009 Orr At The Shore summer season at Morey's Piers in Wildwood on May 21.

Morey's Piers is also kicking off its 40th anniversary celebration this season. A five foot birthday cake is marking the occasion.

Also, as the Memorial Day Holiday begins, the 24th annual Kite Festival will be held at the Rio Grande Avenue Beach.
