PHILADELPHIA (CBS 3) ―
The President and CEO of the National Constitution Center will step down after 10 years to pursue other interests, the NCC announced Thursday.
"This place will always feel like home, and I will be proud for the rest of my life of what I've been part of here," said Joseph Torsella who served two terms.
Torsella has been recognized as the driving force behind the "development, construction, financial wellbeing, and rapid rise as a cultural, economic, and civic anchor."
