Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin says Ukrainian military personnel operating anti-aircraft systems in Georgia helped fight against Russia.
Russia has said Ukraine helped arm Georgia before the war in August. But Putin said Thursday there may have been missile sales after the war started.
He said the anti-aircraft systems were operated by Ukrainians during the brief war.
