Airplane Skids Off Runway At Chicago's O'Hare

CHICAGO (CBS) ― An airplane slid off the runway Wednesday night at O'Hare Airport.

American Airlines Flight 1544 headed to Washington D.C. from Chicago slid off the runway at around 7:15 p.m., according to Chicago Aviation Department spokeswoman Karen Pride.

No injuries have been reported. Passengers are being escorted to the gate, reported CBS station WBBM-TV in Chicago.

The incident comes after an incident in Denver, in which more than 100 passengers escaped injury.
