Wandering Philadelphia Woman Identified

PHILADELPHIA (CBS 3) ― Philadelphia Police have identified a woman found wandering on the highway last weekend.

Officers found the unidentified female on the 300 block of S. Delaware Avenue on November 8.

The woman did not have any identification and apparently suffered major memory loss due to a stroke.

Family members recognized the woman and contacted police.
