Teen Bicyclist Killed In Delaware
NEWARK (CBS 3) ―
A young teen was killed after being struck while riding a bicycle in New Castle County Monday evening.
Delaware State Police said the 13-year-old bicyclist was hit by a car on Route 273 near the Christiana Town Center in Newark just before 5 p.m.
The teen was rushed to Christiana Hospital in cardiac arrest and was later pronounced dead.
The incident remains under investigation.
