N.J. Teacher Charged In Sexual Assault Of Student

BORDENTOWN (CBS 3) ― The Burlington County Prosecutor's office announced the arrest of an area high school teacher in connection with the sexual assault of a student.

Authorities said Francisco Planas-Borgstrom, 32, has been charged with the second degree sexual assault of a student at Bordentown Regional High School between September 2008 and April 2009.

Planas-Borgstrom is said to be a teacher at the high school and he has been suspended pending the outcome of the charges.

He was jailed on $75,000 bail and is set to appear in court on November 12. If convicted, Planas-Borgstrom faces up to 10 years in prison.
