Richie Sambora 'Loves This Town'

PHILADELPHIA (CBS 3) ― Richie Sambora, Bon Jovi's legendary lead guitarist, can now call the City of Brotherly his home after making a historical buy at The Residences at Two Liberty Place.

Sambora purchased a $3.58 million luxury residence on the 52nd floor paying a record $1,377 per square foot. That is the highest price per square foot ever paid in Philadelphia's residential condominium real estate market. Sambora's new home has a panoramic view of Philadelphia, New Jersey and Delaware.

I'm so excited to finally have a home in Philadelphia," said Sambora. "Choosing The Residences at Two Liberty Place was easy …. The views are outrageous, and the level of personalized service is unbelievable, they treat you like… well, a rock star."
One and Two Liberty Place are signature landmarks of the Philadelphia skyline.

Two Liberty Place consists of 90 spacious luxury residences on the 40th to the 57th floors marking the first time in Philadelphia's history that residents are able to live above William Penn's hat, the well-known landmark atop City Hall.
