Ocean City Teacher Arrested
OCEAN CITY, N.J. (CBS 3) ―
A Cape May County, N.J. teacher has been arrested and charged with allegedly sexually assaulting a 16-year-old student.
According to New Jersey State Police, 24-year-old Robert Dilullo of Evergreen Drive in Ocean View allegedly assaulted the teenage victim at his home after providing her alcohol.
Police say the victim alleges she and Dilullo began a romantic relationship in December and engaged in sexual acts inside empty classrooms at Ocean City High School where Dilullo was a substitute teacher.
Dilullo was arrested Tuesday night and was held on $100,000 bail.
