men are being charged with stealing about $9,000 in copper wire from a contractor
working at a school near Delaware

and at his contractor's office, to 27-year-old Geoffrey Schandel of Newark and 21-year-old
Josh Liebal of Bear. Police say Schandel and Liebal would steal the wire.
The thefts happened spanned three months.
Police arrested Liebal and Schandel June 29 when they

Good was arrested Tuesday
after police linked him to the scheme.
