Arrest Made In Deadly Feltonville Bar Shooting

Pedro Colon, 22, was arrested after a shooting at a Feltonville bar that left 1 dead and 6 wounded on June 21.

A suspect is in custody after a shooting a Philadelphia bar that left one person dad and six others wounded over the weekend.
Police said 22-year-old Pedro Colon is facing charges of murder, attempted murder, driving under the influence and related offenses after his arrest Sunday evening.
Colon allegedly opened fired in the La Quintana Restaurant and Bar on the 4600 block of North 5th Street in Feltonville just after 1 a.m.
One victim, 35-year-old Damien Aguilar, suffered a fatal gunshot wound to the abdomen during the incident. Six other victims were wounded during the shooting and transported to local hospitals.
Officers spotted Colon driving erratically in a black Buick before striking a parked vehicle just before 7 p.m. Police were forced to tase Colon following a brief foot pursuit and struggle.
Further investigation led to the discovery of his involvement in the deadly shooting.
