Move-In Day For The Temple Owls

PHILADELPHIA (CBS 3) ― The population in North Philadelphia jumped about 4,000 Wednesday, as Temple's incoming freshmen moved into their dorms.

Men and women of the class of 2012 made their way up and down stairs and elevators, hauling their belongings.

Temple's reputation as a cutting-edge university is attracting out of staters and students from around the globe.

University officials say enrollment is up six percent this year.
