Liczbinski Family Memorial Trust Fund

PHILADELPHIA Members of the Philadelphia Police Department's 4th and 24th Districts have established a trust fund for the family of Sergeant Stephen Liczbinski, who was killed in the line of duty on Saturday, May 3, 2008.
