Philadelphia Police said a teen has been arrested in connection with a series of indecent assaults along SEPTA's Broad Street Subway.
Authorities said a 14-year-old was taken into custody over the weekend after allegedly grabbing and fondling women, ranging in ages from 20 to 59.
Investigators said all of the incidents took place during the day on the concourse of the Broad Street Line.
The most recent incident occurred on July 8, when a victim reported being thrown to the ground and having her clothing ripped away. Police said the attacker was allegedly laughing while he fled the scene.
