Philadelphia Park Crash Victim Dies

BENSALEM, Pa. (CBS 3) ― An elderly man struck by an out-of-control car in the parking lot of a Philadelphia Park Casino has died.

Jordan Siegelman, 75, passed away late Tuesday night at Methodist Hospital.

Siegelman had been on life-support since the January 18 accident in the parking lot of the Bensalem casino that left him pinned under a car for nearly 40 minutes. Four other pedestrians were injured in the accident. The driver of the car, a 74-year-old Trenton was not injured.

No charges have been filed in this crash.
