American celebutante Paris Hilton made an appearance Wednesday evening at the Macy's in Center City to unveil her newest fragrance as throngs of fans lined up to meet her.
The first 200 customers to shell out $55.00 for the new perfume, named CAN CAN Paris Hilton, got a chance to meet the popular personality and get her autograph.
"Everything in my brand totally represents who I am," Hilton told CBS 3 reporter Pat Ciarrocchi. "That's why my fans buy it and they love it, they want to smell like me."
The perfume is said to be "inspired by the playful, sensual mood of the Moulin Rouge." It is described as "a flirtatious and tantalizing scent that is a remarkably feminine, sophisticated and sensual."
As an entrepreneur, the heiress has earned over $75 million from her perfume brands.
Despite the June publicity of Hilton in and out of jail, fans said they were thrilled to meet her and some considered her a role model.
"I've been through a lot and I've grown up a lot," said Hilton. "I've never been happier in my life."
