Man Dies Performing Stunt At Limerick Funeral

LIMERICK TWP. (CBS 3) ―

A 26-year-old man was killed after his motorcycle collided with another motorcycle Saturday morning in Limerick Township police said.

The crash occurred at about 11:50 a.m. at 10th Avenue and Lewis Road near the Catagnus Funeral Home.

The motorcyclists involved in the accident were leaving a funeral of friend, 23-year-old Frederick Carfagno II, who was killed in a motorcycle accident earlier in the week.

Police said the two motorcyclists were performing stunts in front of the funeral home at the time of the accident.

"I saw a guy doing a wheelie and then they collided because they were going really fast and then they collided," eyewitness Charles Petiet said.

The victim was identified at Joshua Morris of Pottstown.

The Montgomery County District Attorney's office is investigating the crash.
