A Dozen Animals Found Living In Kensington Home

PHILADELPHIA (CBS 3) ― SPCA officials removed a dozen animals living in deplorable conditions at a Kensington home Tuesday evening.

The SPCA was called to a home in the 800 block of Russel Street following a report several animals were living in poor conditions.

An elderly woman was reportedly living in the home with the animals, several of which were dead.

The surviving animals were taken to the SPCA for evaluation. There is no word if any charges will be filed.
