The Human Services Police Department are seeking help in trying to identify a woman who has been in a state psychiatric hospital for 14 years.

The Human Services Police Department are seeking help in
trying to identify a woman who has been in a state psychiatric hospital for 14
years.
The woman is believed to be in her 60's or 70's, she is Hispanic
and was first brought to the Marlboro
Psychiatric Hospital in
1994 after she was found wandering inside a shopping mall.
She identified herself as Elba Leonor Socarra; however,
authorities were never able to confirm her identity.
The woman was well-dressed and wearing a wedding ring when
she was found.
Anyone with any information that can help to identify the
patient is asked to call Lt. Ojeda at 609-633-3673.
