Geno's Donates Proceeds To Fallen Officer Fund
PHILADELPHIA (CBS 3) ―
Geno's Steaks in South Philadelphia will donate all proceeds to the Stephen Liczbinski Family Memorial Trust Fund in honor of the fallen officer.
Owner Joey Vento made the announcement Wednesday, saying all proceeds made from 10 a.m. May 8, through 10 a.m. May 9, will be donated to the fund.
Sgt. Liczbinski was shot and killed following a bank robbery in the city's Port Richmond section May 3. Police fatally wounded one suspect and captured another. Police have been involved in a multi-state manhunt for a third suspect, Eric DeShawn Floyd, who remains on the run.
A reward of more than $150,000 is being offered for information leading to Floyd's arrest and conviction.
