Boyz II Men Continue Holiday Celebration In Philly

PHILADELPHIA (CBS 3) ―

Philadelphia 's homegrown stars, Boyz II Men, performed Saturday night at the Great Plaza at Penn's Landing before a dazzling fireworks display.

These events are all part of Sunoco's Welcome America celebration, honoring the birth of our nation this holiday weekend.

The festivities started Saturday morning with a Taste of Philly event that showcases local restaurants and offered samples. The Ice Cream Festival kicked off after Taste Of Philly and attendees were treated to free ice cream for a few hours.

Boyz II Men will hit the stage at about 6:30 p.m. and played all of their classics to a rollicking crowd.

The rainbow-themed fireworks show wowed the crowd of thousands.

"Best in the city every year," said one man in attendance.
