NEWARK, Del. (CBS) ― According to police, Kanubhai Patel, 46, of Newark was killed on his way to work near the Christiana Skating Rink sometime after 4 a.m. Saturday morning.

The Delaware State Police say that Patel was walking to work at the Dunkin Donuts at 4 Macintosh Plaza when he was shot once.
