PHILADELPHIA (CBS 3) ― We asked CBS3.com users to share their reactions to the presidential debate, here are some of the responses.

Share your thoughts on the Presidential debate ... : I believe Senator OBama, won this debate hands down, his belief and caring for the average american will go a long way in bringing this country back to a respectability, that we so desperately need. I personally don't care how much expereince he has and maybe it is a good thing he has a lot to learn, so do we the American people, look what experience has done in the last eight years. We can all grow together since maybe we learned by the mistakes of others. Thank you.

Share your thoughts on the Presidential debate ... : I was undecided before this debate, but Senator Obama's lack of etiquette in a debate format, and his idea that giving 95% of American's a tax cut is economically feasible when we are in an economic crisis completely pushed me over to the McCain camp. Optimism is one thing, but irrationality is another.

Share your thoughts on the Presidential debate ... : I was watching news commentary after the debate and it was mentioned that McCain's comment pointing to Senator Obama as "this one" when referring to his vote on a "goodie-filled" energy bill was disrespectful. Are you kidding? I felt that it was completely warranted and brought new light to the issue. I don't understand how the media can overlook Obama's blatant disregard for the debate format, and instead call Senator McCain disrespectful.

Your Name : Rose M Fagan

Share your thoughts on the Presidential debate ... : Barack Obama was so calm and presidential, and explained in clear terms what he intended to do, if elected President. John McCain acted snippish and false.

Your Name : Anson Mark
Your Hometown : Allentown. PA
Share your thoughts on the Presidential debate ... : Obama seems to have won tonight's debate.

Your Name : Meredith
Your Hometown : Havertown
Share your thoughts on the Presidential debate ... : It's incredibly easy for people to look at the past 8 years' problems and place all of the burden on the fact that the President was a Republican; however, if voters would take a minute to think critically, and actually listen to the message behind the rhetoric, voters would see that John McCain has a record of disagreement with the current administration. I'm tired of everyone taking the easy way out in the way of criticisms. Of course John McCain may have a few past decisions that have been questionalable (i.e. Iraq), but at least he has been making decisions, something that cannot be said of Senator Obama.

Share your thoughts on the Presidential debate ... : I think John McCain was extremely rude and disrespectful when referring to Senator Obama as "that one"

Share your thoughts on the Presidential debate ... : All issues were addressed here. The smear attacks need to stop, stick to the issues, pay attention to the future and not the past. What McCain and the Republican party doesn't seem to understand is presenting an atmosphere of fear against Obama with economy, climate and job woes will bring out radical nuts involved in white supremacy that are recruiting behind closed doors on the Internet. (Who were those 3 guys that were caught really affiliated with ? ) If earmark airhead Palin wants to address domestic terrorism. She needs to discuss what her redneck behavoir might influence. This era could bring out a new march of hate. No real winner here, no William Ayers statement fairly civilized? Health care plan, economy? He's a liberal? A $750,000 dollar credit card debt? Who can afford that? Genocide issues? You're just asking for more trouble if you go into a country without their permission another example of McCain getting childish and mavericky and wanting to go in there and get the job done. On the job training? Lack of expeirence? How much expeirence did Kennedy have when he was in office? He's been in Congress for 27 years and has more enemies than Mickey Mouse. His own party doesn't even like him.

Share your thoughts on the Presidential debate ... : I think Tom should have allowed Barack and John to attack each other and debate the issues. Overall it was a bit restricted and it made it a little boring.

Your Name : CAROL BOLSTER
Your Hometown : SPRINGTOWN, PA
Share your thoughts on the Presidential debate ... : I DON'T THINK THAT MCCAIN REALLY UNDERSTANDS THE ECONOMY NOR WILL HE BE THE ONE TO BRING US OUT OF THIS RECESSION. I TRUST HIM LESS AFTER THIS DEBATE THAN I DID PRIOR TO IT. AGE DOES NOT MAKE ONE A LEADER.
